Get ready to visit the most popular and touristy places in Peru starting in Lima and heading toward the south of Peru. We will stay in luxury hotels and dine in exquisite restaurants.

Day 1: Lima to Paracas

Around mid-morning you will be picked up in our private transportation, to start our trip to Paracas.

Upon arrival in Paracas you will be taken to the hotel where you can check in and freshen up. The afternoon and evening will be free to relax and explore the beachside city and the rich coastal cuisine.

Day 2: Islas Ballestas

In the morning,  after breakfast, you will be picked up to visit the Ballestas Islands by boat.  Here you can view sea lions, seals, penguins, guano birds, and turtles (rarely found at this latitude).  The boat trip lasts approximately 2 hours. You will also see the 165 foot (50 meter) candelabra carved into the rocks along the way.

In the afternoon our private transport will take you farther south along the coast to the quaint city of Nazca where you will check into your hotel and have the evening to explore the city.

Day 3: Nazca Lines

In the early morning after breakfast, we will pick you up early for a scenic flight over the Lines of Nazca. The origin of the lines remain a mystery, but from the air you can get a much better idea of the sheer size of these mystical geometric figures etched out in the sand, and this is the perfect opportunity to take some great photographs on your Peru trip.

In the afternoon, you will have free time to explore the city or take an optional tour to the desert Chauchilla cemetary. The cemetery contains a collection of skeletons, bones and even entire mummies from the late Nazca period. It’s an eerily fascinating sight. 

In the evening we will depart in our private transport for the white city of Arequipa. This is journey will take most of the night so bring some snacks and expect to arrive in Arequipa in the very early morning. Upon arrival in Arequipa you will be taken to the hotel to check in and get more sleep.

Day 4: Arequipa

You will have the morning free to rest and relax in the hotel.

In the afternoon, we will pick you up for your city tour with visits to the gorgeous Santa Catalina Monastery, the main square, the cathedral, iglesia de la companie & the Yanahuara Lookout.

You will have a free night to enjoy Arequipa and try the exquisite Arequipeñan cuisine and night life. As always the best gay owned or friendly restaurants and clubs will be recommended to you.

Day 5: Arequipa to Colca Canyon

At 08:00 a.m. we pick you up from your hotel to depart for your Colca Canyon adventure. Behind the snow-covered Chachani we will see wild vicuñas, alpacas & llamas in the "Pampa Cañahuas" National Reserve. We will also see some birds like flamingos, ibises, andean geese, ducks and andean eagles ("Kara Kara"). We will stop at the viewing point of the volcanoes and snow covered mountains in Patapampa.

We will arrive in Chivay, the capital of the valley in the early afternoon. There is an optional visit to the thermal springs & pools in La Calera, with water temperatures up to 40ºC.

Overnight in the hotel of your choice.

Day 6: Colca Canyon to Puno

After an early morning breakfast, we leave for a full day excursion in the left shore of the canyon. We will visit some beautiful and typical towns like Yanque & Maca with colonial churches and kind people with typical needlework dresses. We will also see hundreds of pre inca terraces still in use with andean growings like corn, quinua and kiwicha.

After a 2 hour drive we will get to the most famous point: “the cross of the condor”. Here we are able to see the depth of the canyon and the flight of the condor.

We will finish the afternoon travelling to Puno (arrival approximately at 19:00).When you arrive you will be taken to your hotel and then you will have a nice evening to relax and enjoy some chic restaurants.

Day 7: Lake Titicaca

In the morning we will pick you up from your hotel for the full day boat tour of Lake Titicaca.

We will visit the man-made floating Uros Islands where we will meet the locals and learn about their culture. Then we will visit beautiful Taquile Island where we will enjoy a little hike through the amazing scenery and have a traditional lunch.

From there we will return to Puno where we will spend the night and have more opportunities for shopping or enjoying the ambience of the bars and restaurants.

Day 8: Puno Cusco

Early in the morning you will take a tourist bus that will take you to Cusco. This will be a guided bus ride and it will stop in four astounding archeological places along the road. Lunch will be included along the way.

You will arrive in the mysterious city of Cusco in the evening around 5 pm where you will be picked up and taken to your high class hotel.

*optional luxury train ride from Puno to Cusco with lunch included.

Day 9: Cusco City

You will have the morning to have breakfast in your hotel and sleep in to recuperate from all the traveling.

In the afternoon we will pick you up from your hotel for your city tour.

This four hour tour takes you to the most famous historical sites in Cusco. You get to see Coricancha, Sacsauyhuaman (the Inca Fortress), the cathedral and many more intriguing historical sites.

This evening will be free to explore the city and try the amazing Cusqueñan cuisine. This evening as always throughout your tour the best gay owned or friendly restaurants and clubs will be recommended to you.

Day 10: Cusco to Aguas Calientes

In the morning you will take the train to Machu Picchu, this is an amazing ride, so get your camera ready!

You will be arriving in Aguas Calientes around noon and you will be met at the station and taken to your hotel to check in and then you will have the afternoon ready to prepare for your visit to Machu Picchu the next morning.

There are many options for you to do in Aguas Calientes on this free afternoon such as hike to see the butterfly reserve and the Mandor waterfalls or enjoy the thermal bathes.

Day 11: Machu Picchu

If you are an adventurous traveler you may want to hike Hauyna Picchu (young mountain) in Machu Picchu (Old Mountain), if so you will depart for the bus to Machu Picchu at 5 am. If you would like this option please request it at the time of reservation as it cannot be added after the tickets are purchased.

If you will not attempt the Huayna Picchu climb then you will depart for the bus to Machu Picchu at 9 am.

Whether or not you climb Huayna Picchu you will meet your expert guide at 10 am outside the Machu Picchu gates for your tour of Machu Picchu.

Your tour will last three hours and afterwards you will have time to enjoy Machu Picchu at your own pace. There are many alternative hikes around Machu Picchu such as the Sun Gate or the Inca Bridge.

When you are finished in Machu Picchu you will take your bus down to Aguas Calientes.

The train back to Cusco will be in the evening, once you arrive you will be taken to your hotel where you can relax or take the night to enjoy more of Cusco.

Day 12: Departure from Cusco

Pick up and transport to the airport for your departure flight. We'll be sad to see you go
